A whoosh, and a breakthrough!

Yay! I hopped on the scale this morning and it seems I have just had my first whoosh, ever! Three pounds in one day. I haven't lost that much weight at once in a long time, not even during induction.
PLUS, I have broken the 200-pound barrier (again). That's just the cream cheese icing on the oopsie roll cake!
