| Pork Rinds! Great idea. That's the only thing I do to sub for chips and/popcorn cravings. I even eat them for sweet cravings. They also work great in the movie theaters when you can't have popcorn but wanna crunch on something. |

| If you havent used up your cheese allowance (3-4 ounces a day) you could make cheese crisps (chips in USA) by microwaving small chunks of cheese or piles of grated cheese till they go hard.

| My favorite "crunchy" is celery. I fill it with either cream-cheese mixed with smoked salmon, or sour-cream mixed with Knorr Swiss vegetable soup mix. I love it and I don't miss the chips! |

| I bet Knorr Swiss vegetable soup is NOT induction friendly. You have to read labels Neecy. I do the pork rind thing too. I like to make "nachos" with them. Cheddar cheese crisps was also great on induction. And pickles. I love those.

| I actually love having pickles when I'm having a salty or sweet craving. The crunch takes care of the chip desire I have and the sourness just kills any sweet craving I might have. |

| Slice a package of bacon cross-wise into 1-inch pieces. Fry til crisp. Drain on paper towels. Store in the freezer. Great for a salty, crunchy nibble. Also great to have on hand to add to salads or omelets. |

| My favorite crunch is cucumbers right out of the garden with a little salt. Or if I really want a snack I use chip dip. Yum |

| mmmmm yes, these are so yummy but like Elizellen says, only if you still have it on your cheese allowance because 3 oz is not very many cheese crisps. |
