| I never count diet rite as any carbs but you do have to count the sweeteners and it equals about 1 1/2 per can... I love tangerine flavor

| I personally made sure I broke my habit/addiction to soda's. This goes along with kicking the sugar addiction. I do allow a Diet Rite every now and then as a treat, but this time around I'm going to do Induction without any soda's or sweeteners. For me I don't cound it as a carb but I do make sure I count the sweetener (when I do have one). |
