| I'd think it would be fine, as long as you make sure you get it all off. On the other hand, there are a couple of options for a modified breading that you could use, and be fine.... such as mashed up pork rinds, or grated parmesan cheese. |

| Its fine in a pinch... I was at a picnic a few days ago and that was the only protein there so I just scraped the breading off and it was just fine
