| OH MY! Those look DELICIOUS!!!! My craving seems to be guacamole flavored chips... I am eating avocado mixed w/ cream cheese and a little salt/pepper right now... does the trick for me, but man those "fauxnachos" look great!

| You aren't kidding! I'm going to make some of the zucchini ones and have "loaded natchos" with lots of cheese, crumbled sausage, tomato, green peppers and onions and sour cream as soon as I get through induction!!! |
