Maybe you need to change the kind of meat you are eating to something more palatable for your tastebuds?

| Thankyou it sucks though, i changed my diet yesterday and started having omlette for breakfast. Today i weighed myself and i now weigh 4.4lbs more then yesterday! i feel so awful.. and breakfast was the best thing i have eaten since the start of diet... Does anyone know why this has happened, i didnt eat alot of it, and only used 2 eggs and two slices of cheese, Should i stick away from it? |
