| Strict Atkineers wait for the OWL dairy rung for yogurt. I think even plain yogurt still has the natural milk sugars.. but a scientist I am not!

| But to answer your question on how to make yogurt, it is pretty easy! Last time I did Atkins, when I got to the dairy rung, I would just get a carton of low carb milk, stir a couple of tablespoons of plain yogurt into it and set it on top of the refrigerator. It does its thing, in a few hours you have yogurt. I got the milk only for yogurt, so a carton full lasted a while. So when you are ready, just try reconstituting your milk, get a jar, add some yogurt and cover loosely, put in a warm place. Watch it to see how long it needs!

| THANKYOU!!!! Sound simple enough! I used to make my own too, but it was with the little Salton yogurt maker, which I no longer have. Your way sounds much easier! Sarah |
