Smile Atkins Cookbooks

Can anybody recommend good, quick & easy low carb cookbooks I can buy at Barnes & Noble? I already have used the online recipes from low carb website & the message board but was looking for a big cookbook that has everything in one place! Thanks!

George Stella's cookbooks are my FAVORITE

Dana Carpenders 500 Low Carb Recipes and 500 more low carb recipes are others that I really like and recommend.

Definitely George Stella's cookbooks! No weird, hard to find ingredients. And it's all family friendly.
He's coming out with a 3rd book this fall.

I like Fran McCullough's Low Carb Cookbook the best but also like Dana Carpender.
