Unhappy I have been at the same weight for 1 week.

I lost 4.4 lbs during Week 1 of Induction, but it's almost at the end of the 2nd week and I haven't lost any since then.
I have started to incorporate weight training and cardio, but maybe I'm not doing enough?
I am a bit discouraged. Did anyone else stall?
What can I do to kick back the weight loss?

Weight loss goes faster the more you have to lose. Thirty pounds is a lot to you, but it really isn't a 'whole lot.' Be patient! Trust your body. If you are in ketosis, you are burning fat cells, it can't NOT happen. It will show eventually.

Have you reaped the other benefits, increased energy, cravings lessening, feel more 'bright' and clearheaded?

Yes- week 1, I had a lot of energy, but this week, I felt pretty tired. Not sure what happened.
I also ate about 1/2 lb. of bacon- it had a lot of sodium... do you think that could have an effect on not losing weight?

Too much sodium does affect me. The week I made a big batch of hot wings and snacked on them every day, I didn't lose. So do try to cut back on that. Make sure you aren't skimping on veggie carbs. That ends up with you feeling cruddy, at least for me!

I dont think you are 'stalling' as you have lost about 10% of your total hoped for loss already!!

You just lost it quickly in the first few days - others might not lose any weight in their first week on induction but lose in the second one.

Weight loss is never a steady downward slope as we all gain/hold/lose weight in fits and starts.

Just continue eating to plan and the losses will restart when your body decides it is time.

Are you losing any inches? If you are excercising you might be building muscle to replace the fat you are losing!
