This lady knows her stuff and help answer some very hard question. I really enjoyed her part on how to fix your metabolism from yo-yo dieting. She has also provided answered from Atkins Nutritionals, Inc.

Haven't had time to go through it all but did want to comment that it is the first time I have ever heard (and I wholeheartedly disagree) that most Atkins enthusists agree that you should lose half your weight on induction.

I wholeheartedly agree on the article about veggies being such an important part of Atkins!!!! You may be seeing that posted in the induction forum more ;^)!

I absolutely love Linda's site. Just a word of caution on the induction recipes...sometimes even though they say they are legal you must still check the list. IE: the nuts in her custom salad and the tortillas that are not allowed during induction. I don't think I have tried one recipe there I didn't like.

Me too. Love Linda's. I go there when I am craving something specific and most of the time she has a low carb version.

I was craving pizza like a mad women the other day and I found this wonderful portabello mushroom pizza.....and guess what? It was only 5 carbs (I didn't use spag sauce, I used cherry tomatoes) and actually WAY better than regular pizza!!! Even my boyfriend loved it!
