| you need the 2002 edition because in that one the rules are laid out better and the food limits are in that one and he talks about the rungs. Check inside for the copyright date. Mine says copyright 1992, 1999, 2002.

| I have and use both books. For purposes of this board we use the 2002 book so everyone is pretty litterally on the same page for reference. The 1992 book has much better recipes in the back, in my opinion, as they weren't pushing all the Atkins products at that time. Some of the informationis slightly conflicting, but each book gives some info the other doesn't. |
