I was grocery shopping and I found sugar-free maple syrup (walmart brand).
On the nutrition label, it shows:
Total carbs 10g
Sugar 0g
Sugar alcohol 10g
Is this ok to consume since it's 0g sugar?

Hi,
I suggest you find a maple syrup made with Splenda instead of sugar alcohol. Some people digest sugar alcohol the same as sugar. You can also make your own:
Flavored Syrup (like DaVinci)
1 cup syrup:
1 cup water
1/2 tbsp maple extract
1 tbsp liquid splenda, or 24 pkts
1/2 tsp guar gum
