| That's a really good question. In my opinion of trying to stick close to a clean induction as possible when I restarted back in June, I stayed away from it. I loved making chicken stir fry and having that as a flavor enhancer, but because of trying (but not perfect all the time) to be a purist during that time, I left it out. It's worth waiting to add later on

| Okay...I CANNOT be the only one that was in the dark about that! Well...Linda too...which a lot of people do her recipes. So I think there are a lot of us out there that did not know that and are using it...even if it is very sporadically like me. I am sure some are out there using it even more. Very interesting.

| I suppose as it is one of those condiments that we use sparingly on the whole, most people don't think about it

| Hi, Soy sauce that is not made with wheat is allowed on induction (tamari, Bragg's). I use Bragg's and really like it. It has a lot less sodium than the other ones. Regular San-J brand organic soy sauce and tamari has a whopping 1000mg of sodium per serving. Reduced sodium San-J brand tamari has 700mg per serving Regular Bragg Liquid Aminos has 200mg per serving I get my Bragg's Liquid Aminos at my health food store. If you want confirmation of soy being okay, you can go to the website of Jacqueline Eberstein: The Atkins Lifestyle She was the nurse that worked with Dr. Atkins. Soy sauce is listed under allowed condiments. Val
