| first of all congrats on the 10 lbs lost. ok, onto the problem at hand. there are and can be many reasons why someone stalls, however without any info given by you, we can not really start to analyze what may be causing you to stall. here's a list of things you could provide us to help us get started: 1)what stage of the plan are you on 2)a couple daily menus 3)how long you've been stalled those are just some starters, other people may think of a few more that may help too. once we have more info, we will be able to give you a little more advice and pointers.

| Yes..post your menu. There may be something there that is stalling you. How tall are you? You say you have lost 10 pounds in a month and you started July 26..so you are concerned because you haven't lost anything for 4 days? Have you had high sodium? TOM? New medicine? Started exercising?
