| That sounds good but my honest thought is that you cant have those cubes in induction, even if the starch and sugar is a small amount, it still isnt allowed. Those also have TONS of sodium which I would be wary about because of water retention. I think a better option next time would be to look for a good low carb/low sodium chicken stock in a carton or make your own stock and keep it in the freezer. Its super easy to make your own and then you can even use the shredded, cooked chicken in your soup too

| Don't do it. Go for the chicken broth or stock instead. Even though it says less than 2 carbs per cube that is almost 4 carbs out of your 20 for the day. Also...bad habit to be getting into the habit of 'it's just a tiny amount of carb and sugar'. One of the purposes of induction is get rid of your bodies addictions to certain things. You are worth doing it the right way for a clean 2 week induction!! Here is a link to a site that has some induction legal recipes.
