| I bought a cheap digital watch with a stopwatch feature, i think it was about $10 and used that. the amount of time just keeps adding up, i didn't stop it or anything... ie: if i started walking for 1 minute, walk till it hit 60 secs, then would run until it hit 1 min 30 secs, then run until it was 2 mins 30 secs etc (that example would be 1 min walk 30 secs run), then run until 3 mins and so on. hope this makes sense?
