why not go to owl and make a muffin in a minute? 5 weeks of induction is enough. you can make the muffin in a minute on induction though, just reduce the flax seed to 2 tablespoons

Pork rinds are my saviour... I make egg salad or chicken salad...and use pork rinds to dip into them... I really missed the crunch too... I like them with butter too. Kath

you can have flax seed but you are supposed to limit it to a couple of tablespoons a day. 1/4 cut as the recipe calls for is actually 3 tablespoons. I ate them all through induction but used a little less then 1/4 cup flaxmeal
