| This probably is no help but they sell flax seeds in the big tescos so maybe they'd have some? Or how about holland and Barret? |

| Though some big supermarkets do sell the linseed (aka flax in USA) you wuld do better pricewise buying the seeds and grinding them yourself. I can buy golden linseeds from our local independant health food store for about half the price of the preground stuff I have seen in Tesco and Asda. Also if you do buy the ground linseed you need to keep it in the fridge or freezer as it can go rancid quickly. I grind up a batch every few days when needed using my coffee grinder.
