| Shiritaki noodles. Yes. They are great. Rinse them for 5 minutes to get the dead fish smell off them (it's gross but worth it). Boil them for 3 minutes and eat them with anything.

| I have had these. I have tried the no carb and the ones mixed with tofu that have 2 or 3 net carb per 1/2 package. Since they kind of have the texture of rubber bands I prefer the tofu ones because I can buy them in angel hair. The 0 carb ones are much thicker. I buy them at an Asian food market in the refridgerated section. I like them with stir fry but NOT with spagetti sauce. I couldn't even eat it that way had to throw it out. I prepare them by rinsing, boiling, then chopping with a knife into miniature pieces (to minimize the chewing rubber band texture). The certainly work when you need to see noodles in your food!

| They aren't that bad, but a little pricey, imho. Whole foods has them - near the tofu. These are not a dry noodle, FYI I'd like to see them make carb-free sandwich bread! |
