I just realized something,

In the month I've been on Atkins, I've almost completely stopped getting anxiety attacks - I'm convinced my high carb, high salt diet had a big part in it. In the last month I've had 2 anxiety attacks - I used to deal with 3-4 a week!!!!!

That's great because I've gone through that and they are terrible! I can't tell the difference though, I'm on medication for it and I hope that with Atkins I wont need them any longer!
