| I haven't eating them in years. I used to know someone in high school who's mom always had them on the coffee table (salted and roasted i think) and i remember them tasting pretty good.

| Dry roasted edamame is pretty good - and with 32 grams of fiber in a 4-ounce bag, it's great to have if you're short on fiber. That's a ton of fiber, so I don't eat it all at once! ![]()

| Sounds pretty good actually! The company who sells the best soy nuts in the grocery stores is called Clikit...but you can find them in your bulk health food stores as well. These really pack in the fiber and when i'm on OWL i'll definitely try them again P.S. you look fab!
