| Vanilla is more of a flavoring than a food, and it isn't 'off limits' as you will use very small amounts and yours does not contain any sugar. Glycerin I believe is a sugar alcohol and is not going to affect your ketosis, esp. in this small amount. Keep reading those labels, you are doing well!

| I was worried about the alcohol in it, especially when I planned my day on FitDay, so I made it without - it was still really nice, just sweet enough to feel a "treat"! |
