Re: Adrenal Fatigue | | You are going to need more supplements than many might, especially the B vitamin complex, (also called 'stress vitamins') and you will want to eat high nutrition foods like eggs and bright vegetables like leafy lettuces and spinach, etc. But I would think that you could still have success with Atkins, it is a very nutritious way to eat, and that is what you need to build yourself back up.
If I don't take my B's I lose my ability to handle stress... get very nervous and jumpy and pitifully depressed. They are not expensive, and you don't need to worry about getting too much on a recommended dose on the bottle, they aren't stored in the body so that you can overdose. I highly recommend them! |
