| I have done 2 things..one I ate prior to the movie and went without any popcorn at all. I just bought a diet soda while my husband ate popcorn.....grrrr. It was tough at first because I was distracted by the smells andthe years of being conditioned to eat during the move but after the movie started I was so engorssed in the film I forgot about snacks. The second time I went I brought a little bag of Pepporoni and cheese slices. I only ate a few and I was good for the show. Good Luck! |

| My suggestion: break old habits. Don't take anything. Enjoy the movie without the hand to mouth feeding.

| Beef Jerky, Ostrich Sticks, Almonds, Keto Chips - it is hard to eat and watch something because you lose control of how much you are eating.

| I buy my husband celery because he says it cuts down on his apetite and then I noticed a whole jar of peanut butter was gone in a week.......I hope he is not eating the flippin celery with peanut butter! You and your wife are so lucky to do this together. My husband refuses. |
