| Try posting some of your daily menu's so members can take a look & make suggestions. Also Dr. A states that we should not weigh everday as your weight will vary from day to day. Try weighing in once a week~~I know that is hard for many people. | I had the same problem. I actually went 2 days eating little to nothing because I wasn't hungry. I think this is what caused a stall and some weigh gain by messing up my metabolism. Once I went back to eating 3 meals and 2 snacks the weight loss resumed. I have continued to stay in ketosis even when I was gaining a few pounds back. |

| I weighed all the time at first. I now weigh if I think of it, usually once a week. I make it a point to only record my weight if it is at an all time low. If it jumped up a bit I just ignore it. I have the confidence with this diet that the weight will come off. Be sure to drink lots of water and posting your menu is a good idea but my guess is that you are doing everything just right. Even extra exercising can play with your weight temporarily. Relax!! Keep following the book exactly and you will continue losing.

| Thanks guys- you all had many good points, I'm keeping positive though because as someone else mentioned I should just relax and keeping following the book and I will be F-I-N-E, as in good looking |
