| Yep, everyone's different. You might consider trying Atkins yourself as a way of eating for life and use your own measurments...since this is your first post and I'm thinking you're looking for information and not necessarily earnestly interested in changing your daily diet to lose weight on Atkins.

| Contact the folks at Atkins.com---I'm sure they will be able to direct you to the Duke University study and other studies on the Atkins diet.
