The bad news, and the GOOD

I went and bought a new scale this weekend ( I had been weighing myself once a week at a friend's house) and turns out I was 6 pounds "heavier" on the new scale, (which sucks,) so I adjusted my weight-loss ticker to reflect what my weight would have been on this new scale, THEN, I experienced a 4-pound WHOOSH last night!!!

Congratulations! I love the whooshes! I certainly notice a difference in my clothes BEFORE I notice a loss on the scale and my flesh feels more "mushy". Hope the new scale works out for you well!
