| Yeah I find it hard to believe. My husband got me a box of the bars for my birthday and I've had the shakes before too. It seems whenever I used those products I GAIN weight but if I do Atkins without them I lose rapidly. I want to support Atkins, but not at the cost of my weight loss. |

| Did you ask them how they reckon that foods containing ingredients not allowed on induction can be induction-legal? I would love to hear how they explain that conundrum!

lol No I didn't ask that question. I'm sure they will say that after reviewing the Atkins plan over the last several years they have found that these items are fine within certain limits of course.
