| There's a great site called Fitday where you can check out nutrition information of individual food ingredients as well as products such as the dressing. You can also plan & track your daily menus and know the percentages of carbs/fat/protein, etc. to help you balance the meals through the day and still get the right end results: www.fitday.com The USDA also has an extensive foods database, if you want to cross-check something.
