| I can answer one question because I have seen it asked before, not because I am using Fitday! You need to edit your profile and create a target amount of fiber, then it will show up!

| To get your net carbs look at the bottom of the page where fitday is adding up the total. There is will add the total carb as say 17. It will also give you the total of fiber say 4. What you have to do is to do the math in your head to find out what the net count is. In this case it would be 17-4=13. So I had 13 carbs today (so far) As for your second question. When I make a meal and I want to compound it I go to a unused day say tomorrow and then add all the items in. I then find out what the total is and I estimate what the total would be in a serving. I write this down on a piece of paper and then I go back on fitday and make a custum item. I did this for the muffins I make. I added , the egg, milk, almond flour, flax, whey, pumkin together and divided to totals with six to find out what a single muffin would be in calories, fat, protein, carbs, fiber.
