'Junk' Food ?!

Geeeze why do they have to put sugar and modified food starch in EVERYTHING??!!?? It drives me crazy when im shopping. I wanted to buy some canned chicken, i figured it would be really easy to take to work and throw on a salad. Nope, it has modified food starch in it. I wanted to try that new Mayo made with Olive Oil, i thought "oh thats a great idea, i bet its yummy too" It has all kinds of junk in it ! and these are just a couple of the things i saw just today at the store

You are so right! I went to Whole Foods in Wichita today to get some sf mayo. All of it had sugar, corn syrup or honey in it. GRRRRR! I know Duke's is sugar free, I guess I'll have to break down and buy it off the net.
