| LOL...my guess...from reading your past posts...is that you thrive on attention and like to post stuff that is supposed to get us all riled up about how you are not following the book. I say you are a big boy now and responsible for all your own actions. Best of luck doing the AntinoColt diet!! LOL!!!

| I can eat 50 net carbs daily and still lose weight. We've had members here who could eat over 90 net carbs daily and lose weight. So, if you lose weight by drinking beer and eating tortillas, it's no big deal. I always get a kick out of people who think the Induction phase is the entire Atkins diet and who think that if they eat 40 net carbs and still lose weight, Dr. Atkins was wrong. It's kind of funny for me, because it just shows me those people have never read the book and/or don't understand what Atkins is really about. Sad, if you think about it......

1. "this little mf" will gain and multiply; (ie, whenever you again "for some reason (think) fk it") 2. You will stall in your understanding of DANDR, unless you start reading the book (Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution, 2002 revised edition); and 3. You will definately be a loser (in more than one way) if you continue to kid yourself. (like, did you consider the nutritional value of what you ate and drank? Are you taking supplements? Have you been getting in some veggies with every meal, fiber, etc??) (Your body may not like going in and out of ketosis, either, and BTW, alcohol byproducts will turn strips purple, too) So my official answer is>>>> all 3!
