Carmen, maybe try a reference in the header to Cubans. People might not open the thread to find out and you could miss someone to connect with. Just a thought... hoping you aren't lonely for long.

Hey, Carmen! My mom's from Havana so I grew up with all those fabulous (and, unfortunately, carby) Cuban delicacies. Just wanted you to know you're not the only Cubana in this!
