| Umm, From what I believe I read somewhere...It's not really allowed on Atkins at all because it has aspertane (sp?) in it and not made with splenda. But I could be wrong... Ofcourse I read that after I ate two small cups with some whip cream on it.

| Dr. Atkins did not agree with using aspartame. It has been known to stall people. However, having said that, I do eat it a few times a week and it has not affected me, at least I don't think it has. It's a case of YMMV (your mileage may vary).

| Dr Atkins suggested we make our own gelatine dessert for occasional use (not a dailt one) using unflavoured gelatine and splenda.
