| Probably because each 'serving' has less than 0.5 carbs which means they can claim a zero!! Well done for looking further into the label than just the carb count

| I know just what you mean. I found "zero carbs" blazoned across the label on a salad dressing yesterday. Among the ingredients: sugar, corn syrup, and molasses. "Low" carb, perhaps. But "zero"? Not in this lifetime. Cheers, -John- |
