Induction weight loss...

Just wondering - what was everyone's Week 1 weight loss? I just completed my first eight days of Induction, and have lost 4 lbs. I know it varies from person to person, but I just wanted an idea of how much everyone lost their first week. Thanks!

I lost 5 my first week.

I waited until Day 14 to weigh in because Dr. Atkins wrote that the first pounds are water weight but after 4 to 5 days it would be mostly fat weight.

Today is my 8th day and I have lost 7 lbs.

I weighed after a week and was down 9 lbs! I was pretty shocked! But I have a lot to lose so I guess that is pretty common.

I lost about 7 pounds my first week...and had hoped that it would always be that way ( wishful thinking on my part ). But the following week about 5 u got to remember everyone is different!! Some weeks are better than others the thing is that u stick with it eventually it all comes off. Hang in there it's so worth it

Me, too, Sjhatcu: 4 lbs after one week on induction.

I lost 6lbs in the first week then 4 in the second - down a total of 14lbs in 4 weeks...

This is my 4th restart and the loss is much less than when I first did it (lost 9lbs in first week!!)

Anyone else find this happens...??

I am going to weigh in tomorrow, since it will be one week since start. I am contemplating waiting until Friday, though, since I started my TOM yesterday!

I lost 5 lbs the first week of induction this time. The last time I was on Induction I lost 7 lbs but I had alot more to lose.
