| 6.5 lbs out of 40 means more than 16%. That's a really awesome percentage! ![]() Going back to your menu... I think it looks great as long as you make sure you eat enough (not sure how many calories are in there). Since you don't have a lot to lose, your weight loss might accelerate again when you move to OWL and introduce more veggies. And don't forget that your body needs time to adjust, so be patient. | I agree with Georgiana. If you had 120 pounds to lose, 6.5 would not be much. Out of 40? it is a very good amount. You have done well!
