Am I planning on to many supplements?

Hello Everyone,
I am heading to GNC after work today to pick up the following items. Can you please tell me if I am buying or planning on using to many supplements?

CLA
Psyllium (this you mix in water right?)
Acetyl-L-Cararnitine
Chromium picolinate
Coenzyme Q10

Does anyone recall which supplement curves sugar gravings? Was it glucose?

Thanks, is that too many though to take? Or, are they to similar in their effects on the body?

I don't know much about Acetyl-L-Cararnitine, I have heard that CLA is good, Co Enzyme Q is good for the heart. I have taken Chromium before and it did seem to work as a mood booster, although Phenanalyanine worked better for me. Get a good B complex vitamin though, for real, one of the best supplements you can take. High Potency complex, not individuals like B-6 or B-12.

Okay, I will defn get a high potency complex. I was taking a B-12 sup, but will switch to that.

OH, yes, and I got that sample. I buy my vits at CVS. and they carry Naturemade and they are often on sale. If you sign up on Naturemade's site, you can put your codes from your bottles and they will send you more coupoons. I have saved a significant amount with those.

Some supps are so expensive, but B-complex is not and will do wonders for you.
