| I am unsure of your question, but we deduct the fiber from the carbs, not from the calories. Amount of fiber does not affect calorie count.

| It doesn't? If you do not digest them as carbs you still absorb the calories in them? I know I deduct the fiber from total carbs. I was just surprised to see that fitday did not deduct it before doing the calorie count. Because if it doesn't those percentages that fitday give 62, 15 and 22 from the example above are wrong. Or did I get my brain in a knot today. I happens....
