As for the rest of the Diet, the fat decreases slightly but still remains a significant source of your daily calories. During Maintenance Phase, fat makes up about 45-50% of your daily calories.

| Fit day has been great for me since I started in. It has helped to determine my percentages. It's time consuming, but worth it.
