| No carrots for a while, those are higher starch veggies. You would add more of the same veggies on the induction list. I tend to say, go to OWL and eat more veggies, 5 more carbs doesn't take anyone out of ketosis, it doesn't slow loss, and you get more nutrients!

| Rung 1 OWL is 5 net carbs of any vegetable on the Induction Acceptable Foods List. Carrots are not on the list...
