| Dump it in the toilet NOW. That is where that stuff belongs. Don't wait another minute. You should not have those kind of temptations around. Take action - don't blame your sister. How much did it set you back? I don't know. All you can do right now is to continue.

| you seriously need to declare your home a coke free zone, especially if it is a weakness. It is evil it is tempting... you are not alone. RESIST the temptation. |

| Actually, Coke is great for cleaning rust stains in the toilet! And that's about all it's good for, unfortunately.

| Don't beat yourself up over it...but don't forget it either None of us are perfect, so just accept that you slipped up and move on. If you dwell on it, you will discourage yourself from continuing this WOE. Obviously, you can't help having the stuff there if it belongs to someone else, but I would recommend maybe having an alternative there...like a diet soda sweetened with Splenda...if it is possible. Ask your sis if she would mind keeping the Coke away from your house, at least until you feel okay being around it without wanting it. Keep telling yourself that nothing tastes as good as skinny feels. I have literally had to say it out loud to myself!

| Liv is right: Personal responsibility; otherwise, you'll continue blaming other people. Everyone is free to choose a way of eating you chose yours, your sister chose hers. My family does the saaaaame thing. It's annoying when I'm tempted to cheat, but you have to control yourself. How badly will this set you back? It may stall you, it may not. It just depends on your body...it may also give you the big D, so have a bathroom close by at all times. Just remember that your next bite should be atkins friendly |
