| I didn't see, but isn't Woman's Day the magazine that has different weight loss stuff every week.......Maybe I'll pick it up and read, see what it says....

| Woman's Day is the same magazine that promoted Kimkins, and then had to retract their story because it's an unhealthy diet and Kimkin's is a fraud. It doesn't seem to me like they check out the facts before they publish something. |

| Good Morning DLS, Funny you mentioned that. I have the magazine sitting right here on my desk. I saw it in the grocery store so I decided to buy it and read it. Personally, I can see the truth in it. Its basically atkins...for a few days and they they add in carbs the 2 WEEK ...So the next week you have like days to eat carbs. But they are heathly ones....Like oatmeal, 2 slices of bread. But they break it down : You can only have like 2 servings of carbs before 3 pm......cereal or 2 slices of bread and they have protein shakes. One week- Basically atkins minus the protein shake..... Then the next week you alter your days for carbs. But you dont' get alot of carbs... Like I said. One day you get 2 servings before 3, SUN, MONDAY, THURSDAY Then the other days Tuesday and friday....1 serving of carbs at breakfast Wed and Sat 3 servings of carbs and 1 serving of fruit... I mean it could work...It does make sense. But I dont think it's as good as Atkins...its similar...in the end they are just saying watch your carbs and when you eat your carbs. It's an interesting read.

| Aren't you guys talking about Woman's World? That's the one that comes out once a week and always has a fad diet in it. (Although at one time they had the Atkins diet in there so who am I to judge). I subscribe to it cause it does have interesting articles and I do pick up some good tips.
