| I like to leave out the sugar and cinnamon and instead put in italian herbs (the kind with five ifferent types in the jar) Then I cook it in the microwave in a bowl. slice it in half, toast it, spread low carb seasoned tomata sauce on it, add cheese and peperoni. bake on a pizza stone and you have pizza! |

| I like to leave out the sugar and cinnamon and add a tbls of parmesian cheese and a pinch of salt. Microwave it in a small bowl for 1 min 20 sec, Cut it in half and use it for a sandwich roll. Sometimes I add onion or poppyseed for a variety of flavor. Sherri

| here's a four-fer response: I like to add 1 or 2 tablespoons of green chili (from frozen tubs I buy at the grocery store.) leaving out the splenda, cinamon, vanilla, and cooking 10 to 15 seconds longer. I added cheddar to this once, but didn't really taste the cheese, so choose not to 'waste' cheese. I also like to add lemon flavoring, keeping the splenda and leaving out the cinnamon. I tried a teaspoon, but think maybe 2 tespoons would be better. My daughter likes to add dark cocoa powder. Same deal; keep the splenda, ditch the cinnamon. I like using this 'wonder bread' plastic sandwich container that's shaped like a piece of bread. You get a nice 1' thick slice of 'bread' which also makes a nice substitute for a bagel, when you eat with lox & creamcheese. (garnish with tomato, capers & red onions. mmmm.

| I sometimes put blueberries in mine and cook 10 seconds longer. I only use 1 tbsp flax meal in mine and no oil or butter but I butter the top after cooking and pour hvy cream on it.

Would this make it induction friendly? I am not on the nut rung yet. I was wondering how it would turn out if I lowered the flax meal since 1/4 cup is over my allowance.

| I like to leave out the cinn. and splenda and use onion powder instead. It makes a great sandwich fixin'. I also think it would be good with nuts and fruit but I am just entering the Owl rungs and not quite there yet.
