Persistance Pays Off

The last week I have been sick with a cold. It hit me like a ton of bricks, and I felt so week I was not able to workout. My scale was at a standstill, and I was beginning to feel upset. I stuck to plan, and tried to walk a little more than usual, run up and down the stairs more often, drink alot more water. And now my payoff is losing 1 lb. I triple weighed myself to make sure. Planning a good workout after work, to get the inches moving again. I'm so happy I persisted, and didn't give in to my illness!
