| What edition of DANDR are you reading? I think both green beans (i.e. the ones that are still in pods) and parmesan cheese are allowed.

| Im reading the 2002 edition (the same one i read the first time i did atkins).. and i just realized that it says 'string or wax beans' ... parmesan cheese isnt listed though (unless that falls under cow cheese????) either way i feel like re - reading the book has helped me to get motivated again... |
