| caesarsally, I'm sure there will be a request for you to maybe post a sample of your menu and the "real Atkins experts" on here will be able to help you find anything that isn't quite right. Sounds like you are doing pretty good though. Your body might just be taking its sweet time adjusting to all the changes going on. You are doing great to lose inches! That's where it really shows! You don't walk around with a scale number for all to see, but the way you look in your clothes, that they will see! I know you want that number to go down. It will. Just keep up the exercises. I find walking especially good for the cardio and dropping the pounds. If you aren't used to exercising pre Atkins and now all of a sudden you are then you could possibly be building a bit of muscle mass, that is a good thing! Your body will readjust things so it looks different even if the scale isn't moving and then the weight will start to really drop! Just wait. Hang in there and you will have a WHOOSH moment before you know it.

| Thanks Donna. Actually, I will post my menu on the boards to make sure I am on the right track. I truly believe that this WOE is the key to my success. This has been a lifelong struggle and I should not expect one month to be the fix. I also read the forum where we are encouraged not to step on the scale. I fear that because then I will not have a barometer on my progress. But perhaps, that is something for me to consider. Congratulations on your weight loss. You are an inspiration! Will keep you posted. Regards, Sally
