| Patty, are you measuring? I am also kinda "stuck" at the same weight for almost two weeks now. However - I'm losing inches, and that's progress - I even noticed it in my profile in karate class last night, in the mirror. You might be progressing but aren't seeing it because of not measuring. It's a REAL morale-booster, let me tell ya! |

| I'm thinking you might need more veggies... (assuming when you say 'salad" that you mean mostly a lettuce-y thing) and try adding some to breakfast too, so you spread them throughout the day. Bell peppers, tomato or spinach in the eggs, for example. Might need more fat in there as well... maybe some cheese, butter on veggies, some sour cream with those porkrinds?? Since you don't have a lot to lose, you might just be moving slowly... if you have a monthly cycle, that could be interfering as well.
