Default Getting frustrated...need motivation

My name is Patty and I was on Atkins about 5 years ago, I went from 198lbs to 130lbs. Since then I have gained some of the weight back..165lbs, the weight seems to be focused around my stomach, ( a loose fat). I started on the Atkins program 2 weeks ago, and after 2 weeks of induction I still weigh 165, but I feel like I have lost inches. Some of my clothes feel looser, but not all.
I know the Atkins program works because of the success I had the first time. But this time I am getting frustrated. I am taking in about 80 ozs of water a day. I am eating usually an egg or just sausage for breakfast a hamburger and small salad for lunch and usually a good size salad for dinner along with a piece of meat. I eat pork rinds if I am seeking a snack or a few pieces of celery.
I need some advice and motivation, because not seeing the scales move after 2 weeks is really getting me down and ready to give up..

I would think maybe the sausage has some sugar in it.. maybe you could post your exact menu to have some people review it.

But don't give up!

Patty, are you measuring?

I am also kinda "stuck" at the same weight for almost two weeks now. However - I'm losing inches, and that's progress - I even noticed it in my profile in karate class last night, in the mirror.

You might be progressing but aren't seeing it because of not measuring. It's a REAL morale-booster, let me tell ya!

I'm thinking you might need more veggies... (assuming when you say 'salad" that you mean mostly a lettuce-y thing) and try adding some to breakfast too, so you spread them throughout the day. Bell peppers, tomato or spinach in the eggs, for example. Might need more fat in there as well... maybe some cheese, butter on veggies, some sour cream with those porkrinds?? Since you don't have a lot to lose, you might just be moving slowly... if you have a monthly cycle, that could be interfering as well.
