| A gallon of water weighs just over 8lbs, so you can see how water can add weight to you easily. If you ate a lot of salt, you may be holding water... If you didn't drink enough water your body may be holding onto it as a defense mechanism. There are so many factors. Don't get all crazy and depressed. It will only make it worse. |
