it is often called heavy whipping cream in the store. You do not want to use coffeemate due to the sugars in there. Half and half or light cream is generally out for induction as you want the higher fat and the lower carb count. hope this helps you--and you are not stupid!

Heavy (whipping) cream tastes so sexy in that morning decaf! Yummy!

My favorite heavy cream is the Target brand - the 32-ounce bottle. It's the creamiest I've ever tried. Below is a snapshot. Sorry it's so blurry, but you get the gist!

Heavy cream?........ 
is it the cream that some people use in thier coffee or is it the coffeemate creamer,i know i probaly sound like a stupid person right now but i've seen diffrent recipe's in the forum that suggest the heavy cream but i have no idea what it is....
